Let's get nerdy about talking dirty! The Soil Series classes are so much fun... if you're a nerd like me that is! While you can't physically taste the soil that the vines grow in, the soil does make a huge difference! We get into the geology of the vineyards and how it chemically affects the way the vine grows, thus changing the taste of the grapes.
