Region/History Notes: Pays d’Oc is the region to look out for when searching for those delightful French wines that have character and expression, but you can drink every day without breaking the bank. While it generally falls within the boundaries of Languedoc-Rousillon on the southern coast of France, it does not have to abide by the more strict regulations of Languedoc allowing producers to make more wine, with more flexibility- thus a better price!
Tasting Notes: Listening to Lionel Richie’s “Easy Like Sunday Morning” is the musical equivalent to this wine! This little rosé will pair perfectly with long walks around the neighborhood admiring the warmer air, the smell of fresh-cut grass, and the Spring blossoms in all the gardens. Bright, fresh, and perfectly crushable, this wine is good!
