Wine and Food Event: Languedoc, France

My all-time favorite producer in the Languedoc region of Southern France is Mas de Daumas Gassac who produces a multitude of wines in a range of styles. From crips rosé, to rich white wines, from rustic Cabernet to sparkling wines, Mas de Daumas Gassac does it all and they do it so well! I will be featuring 6 wines from their portfolio alongside 3 small plates that the chef will prepare to specifically pair with these wines.

$49 not including tax/gratuity. Tickets are purchased the night of the event after the class.
